Network Availability

Experts,

I would like to calculate the Network Availability Rate
I checked my Venodr document (Siemens BR.9)

I found formula for TCH Availability and SDCCH Availability

- how can I combine them in one Formula so to have one rate?
- Also to report Network Availability (is TCH and SDCCH enough)?

I think it's the same TCH AVailabity or SDCCH Availability,

Since in one TRX is consist of TCH/ SDCCH / SCBCH / MBCCH.
i mean if you have problem in one TRX, you will get the same calculation of availability of TRX or SDCCH
