SIM Cloning

Dear Friends,

Does anyone know any method to duplicate the 128COMPv3 SIM cards. No one cxxxxd the 128COMPv3 algorithm yet as I know, all the tools available today is for either 128COMPv1 or 128COMPv2.

Even I tried by getting the Ki of my v3 SIM from HLR and wrote it in a 16 in 1 v1 SIM but it shows registration fail in the handset. When I connect it to TEMS I found that it doesn't send the LA in UL even. What would be the problem?
