i am using it, so i can tell you it is a full-proof way to create sites and others...

YW, in the rar file have lots of docs and the XML editor help.
It's very simple and intuitive, except some tricks (that unfortunately i don't remember because I used this soft several years ago) when you try to copy and paste.
