Help needed with ILSA

Recently our company decided to buy ilsa. we had a demon licence and had some test on the tool. During loading the ICDMA file we had some probles like
1. some unknown cells could not be detected
2. some neighbor cells can not be identified (probably they are long distance between them).

can someone please explain or provide guidance of the following ?Suppose for a neighbor relation CoChannelInterfered Traffic is 30% although logically there is no co channel among them.

How long should we take measurement (days or hours) before using it in ILSA? Is there any prerequisities of using ILSA like (BCCH/BSIC) correction or other factor? Any kind of help is highly appreciated.
