And i have library for RU10 but....its file is large
so i cant share at this forum...

can please advice on what to do

Internal Error: Failed with an exception. Reason for the failure: Unable to add a new library. File 'C:\fakepath\library.xml' is not a NED library.

in flexibtsod_2006_09_25.zip, library.xml is like that:

</agentConfig>

blah blah..

each zip has a part of the complete library, when you load the library u need load this parts, in the zip are the chapters
