can we add here in this post a note about the optimization action that we should do in case of the following KPIs are far from the benchmarking values:

1) AGCHLossRate
2) Imm_Ass_No_Seiz_Rate
3) Imm_Ass_Succ_Rate
4) Assignment Success Rate
5) TCHLossRate
6) TCH block rate after 'With' Direct Retry
7) CallDropeRate
8) SDCCHDropRate
9) Call Setup Success Rate
10) Half Rate Utilization
11) Total HO Success Rate
