MapInfo Sector Design Using Access

Hello Everyone,
I am new to GIS platform.I am Using MapInfo 9.0 and right now facing a problem of importing Sector Azimuth data from Access database using ODBC connectivity.Actually I am in communication company and want to plot KPI data cell wise.I created ODBC connectivity between MapInfo and MS Access.But regarding Sector data it is failing as a mappable Access table could only create point not sector.I am eagerly trying to sort out this problem.If anybody have some key to this problem like procedure or any MapBasic program, then i will be highly appreciated.Well, I have used a Mapbasic program called Sector Definer to draw the Sector symbol.
