2 Drop calls need help

Hi everybody;

i need help about attached logs which has 2 call drops and 1 ho failure. Can anyone give any suggestion about it.

RLT is triggered in both cases of dropped calls....Dropped calls are both due to Bad Quality caused by BCCH Clash on BCCH Freq=17 . Do BCCH audit and find another cell with BCCh=17 in close vicinity...
Send ur vector file if u are unable to find the BCCH clash....

after looking at the cell ref file...i predict a sector swap at site 1639....conduct a site audit/health check,,,hope that ll help

also swap in site 6405 as well, both call dropped at ARFCN 17 BSIC 46, think it has single trx, since all four intracell HO were on same trx and on NON HOP(BCCH).

some new site or a BCCH change caused that high interference since the co BCCH 17 BSIC 63 is not in cellref.

and HO relation also need to be checked , cell 16393 with ARFCN 17 BSIC 46 is dragged while 64054 ARFCN 550 BSIC 53 was always there with alot better signal strength.

swaps may be the cause for this HO issue.
