I know why you can not run because you install not enough software. after finishing install Genex WCDMA, you also install "Genex Shared" software and it will be ok. If anyone want to this software, please add reputation and thanks me, I will share for you.

whr i can get the Genex MSDE files and Genex shared file .if u have stuff then share me link
i have one more doubt i have already installed atoll in my system so it will create a problem whn i install genex post processing tool if u know then pls let me know this issue.

No problem, you can use, however, when you use actix, remember that you must select MSSQLEXPRESS for Actix, and you Nastar, select for Nastar.
