Can you give more info? Where do those failures come from - Nemo/Tems logs, stats, NSN trace, Tx network, customer complains?

So what does nemo logfile show - no HSDPA RAB assigned?
    Few spreading codes?
    small transmit blocks?
    high retransmission?
how many HSDPA users in cell?
What does TX network stats show? - maybe congestion there?
