    Default KPI explanations and optimization

Experts, I would like to join the club of KPI
so I would like to understand the meaning of some of them like

    Imm_Ass_No_Seiz_Rate
    Imm_Ass_Succ_Rate
    Assignment Success Rate

    and how to optimize it

I have tried to read NSN BR.9 KPI PDF but honestly speaking I couldn't understand it perfectlly

so do you have any simple documents regarding this issue just to let me do my first step in this field

    Thanks for all

for Imm_Ass_Succ_Rate improve coverage, less interference,no hardware and change radio parameters( TX_interger,Maximum retransmission may the name is not the same but iam sure in NSN they have the same).
For Assignment Success Rate no congestion,no hardware problem and correct TSC=BCC in the system
    for
Imm_Ass_No_Seiz_Rate i donot have any idea about it may NSN colleague helps.
