    Question Japanese Digital TV Planning

    Anyones knows how can I plan with the japanese or japanese-brazilian standard for diigital TV, there are some specialized planning sw as Giraplan or CHIRplus with ISDB planning capability but I can not found them.
    Also can be useful any tip to emulate ISDB from a DVB or ATSC capable software.

    I think that you can use ICS Telecom to the purpose to plan the DVB.
