Nortel BSC 3000 Login & Site Monitoring

Hi all,

Is there anyway to login locally Nortel BSC 3000 via OMU or CEM to monitor sites status. Recently our server crashed hence unable to monitor sites via terminal. TIL COAM tool used to monitor card status of BSC but not sites. If any document/command reference/tool available to locally login and monitor the status of sites pls share.
