Mini-Link TN Password problems

Hello everyone.


I have a Mini-Link TN AMM2p B with an NPU3 B.


My problem is that I don't have the password for control_user or admin_user.


To my question, is there a way to do a factory reset without logging in?

In my mini-link PDF there were reset manual.
but unfortunately it didn't reset if the device was a slave ((
