LTE Intra/Inter-Freq HO Parameter

Hi Experts,
Could anyone please recommend Huawei LTE parameters to optimize Intra/Inter-Freq HO worst cell with intersite distance less than 1km.

First you have to find reason of HO failure then you can take suitable approach and apply appropriate solution. Is issue because of measurement phase (missed neighbors)? Is it because of reporting issue and wrong decision (aggressive/improper parameter setting and planning issue)? Whether HO failed at Preparation or execution phase? Whether there is TNL issue (UL/DL resources, ....)? Whether configuration of neighbor cells is incorrect? Whether there is overshoot coverage / Poor coverage? You can check L.HHO.Prep.Failin and L.HHO.NCell counters of neighbor and source cells respectively for better insight and take required action.
