Request - IEEE Papers - Please Post

Hi

I will be grateful if someone could post these papers

Earlier we could use "sci-hub" to download such papers but nowadays sci-hub does not seem to have any of these papers. I do not know whether this is because sci-hub is being blocked. I had learnt about this as someone had posted about it on this site.

Can I request some of the senior members on this site to help us on this? Enlighten us if there is any new method to obtain IEEE papers without subscription.
