    Default RRC Reconfiguration Complete Procedure during handover- NR Vs LTE

    We have an observation in drive log files that RRC reconfiguration complete procedure during handover (From RrcReconf to RrcReconfComplete) takes more time in NR than LTE.

    In NR it is taking between 30-40 ms while LTE is hardly taking 5ms.

    Does anyone know anything about this? If so, please share your understanding of the cause.
