Help me what could be the reason for the above call failure which happen at very good signal as shown in attachment

Is there any call success or not? as from your call event it seems there are many call attempt without any success? please verify if the UE/SIM can make call normally at other site as well.

Check amount of credit in your sim card !

Check the SIM card to make sure it has proper network access (maybe verify if it works when connected to another site). Also verify that the connected sector has sufficient resources to support your call.
