actually ...how can I give someone reputation BEFORE I check what is the real value of the document he uploaded on the net ???

I got the password from gprastomo (thank you)... I checked all 7 modules and I can confirm that this document deserves double reputation not only one.. !! Never meet something like that one.. Absolutely useful and easy to understand.. Specially useful for (NSN) parameter fine tunning (IFHO, ISHO).. The only topic I missed was "HCS" ..
