Nortel iBTS UMTS help needed

Hi,

Is TILCOAM the manager for configuring Nortel iBTS? Which version is capable to handle this? Or, is there another manager for configuring/monitoring/etc the Nortel iBTS?

thanks for your topic, i am also looking for this information.

Connect to port2 of the iCCM with a cross connect cable
Set your IP settings on your PC to ip address 223.254.254.245 and mask 255.255.240.0
Open your web browser and type in http://223.254.254.244/til/index.html
and a java version of TIL will be available.

Now: Does anybody have the documntation on the TIL tool: 411-811-518?
