It's another alternative tool for ECC (_l_pubkey_verify) patching. Tested for FlexLM SDK's v.11.10-11.13.

Successfully tried & downloaded from link. The are no AV warnings (not even False Positive...)
Hint: Notice that maybe your default Browser may block the file (for Chrome it tries to "discard" - go to Chrome downloads and Keep the file).

maybe it works for you because you're the uploader, but for me it doesn't (Also tried in Firefox)
I would appreciate another hosting.
