Network upgrade path MM

Hi ,

I'm working on network upgrade project for LTE TDD 4T4R network, would like to ask for support in the overall gain of MM 64T64R cell comparing to 4T4R cell or even 8T8R cell. in Huawei document it is mentioned the gain of MM cell is 5 times for 4T4R baseline. while some neutral research said it can achieve only 3 time gain. big difference between both sources which may have a huge impact on the TCO of the path.
