How to analyse log in case of SON??

Hi mates
Could you guys give me some idea that how can I analyse the LTE logs where SON is implemented. I mean when I plot the attribute in Actix, I don't get cell lines. It means I can only guess now that the most probable serving is that site or that site. PCIs at the time of DT log were different and because of SON now changed in the Cellref file too.

Could you guys plz respond with any of the solution you can have when to anlayse logs when they have not the PCIs as that of Cellref in the actix and because of SON different from the log PCIs.
