S9 AND S7

Can you please help me with this questions of mine.

1. Can Samsung Galaxy S9 connect to Tems Investigation 19.2.1?

2. This Samsung Galaxy S7 of mine can not connect anymore at Tems Investigation, also when I open its Tems Pocket it doesn't show anymore parameters (RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, PCI, RSCP, ECIO, PSC, RexLev, RexQual, BCCH, etc.)

1. S9 Samsung should connect to Tems 19.2.1 if properly configured and depending on the actual model, if it was rooted then it will not connect!

2. Samsung s7 suffered Samsung Security update OTA as all around the world did.

To fix it, send back to Infovista or ask seller to provide the fix
