Short Data Router on Dimetra IP Micro errors

Hi.
Can anybody suggest the reason of such error on SDR:
### Checking status of sdr_A.zone1:
ERROR: Problem with parsing XML response
ERROR: Extra content at the end of the document, line 2, column 321


ERROR: OPA internal error. RC 99.


Operation STATUS failed for: sdr_A.zone1.

And how to fix it? Now status of SDR in system unknown, reboot of SDR application itself - doesnt help, complete system reboot impossible on working reasons.
Any clue?
