working on ATDI RGE & RSO files

Hello gentlemen, none of you knows the format of RGE and RSE files produced by ATDI? It might be interesting to write a few lines of code to convert these files ...
I have covered, for example, that in the case of European countries these files use a projection EPSG3035 (ETRS89-LAEA) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_grid. I'm still studying on them, but if anyone could (or want to) help it would be really nice!
