Why actix does not draw lines to the cells?

Guys, plz help:

Why actix does not draw lines to the cells? I load cellref, some times it draws lines but most of the time does not draw lines to the cells. What is the reason, kindly advise ASAP. Thanks in advance

Maybe some cell data in cellref is different from the log, i've encountered the carrier of old cellref is A but the log is B. Therefore it does't work

check all parameter like cell name, carrier or check the draw line function is enable or not

Thanks bro for your reply. Could you tell me if I just give information of following parameters, will actix be able to associate log files with cellref or I need more information to provide there.

it should be OK foe these information, and the BAND parameter is channel number in log such as 1550

1-Could be problem in Cellref like missing sites not in DT Log
2-be sure that line option is enabled
[To add cell lines, right click on the Map and select Map Layers/ Lines then configure it as you would like]
