    Good afternoon!
The data for the E-Utran "Band 3" band is marked in red.

This is a standard template, you do not need to create one.

For the E-Utran Band 28, you need to create data, because it is not a standard Frequency Bands LTE d Atoll template.

Name Duplexing Method TDD: Start Frequency, FDD: DL Start Frequency (MHz) FDD: UL Start Frequency (MHz) Channel Width (MHz) Inter-channel spacing (MHz) Number of Frequency Blocks Sampling Frequency (MHz) First channel Last channel Step Excluded Channels Adjacent Channel Suppression Factor (dB)
    E-UTRA Band 28 - 10MHz FDD 758 703 10 0 50 15,36 9 210 9 659 100 28,23
It is necessary to insert this data in the bottom line with *.

    Best regards, Slava.
