Sepura STP8000 TEA Encryption

I have a couple of STP8000 radios that are CLEAR, so no TEA.

The network provider is slowly switching over to TEA1 encryption.
Any idea how I can upgrade the radios from CLEAR to TEA1? Is this simply a software upgrade or also hardware?

I know how to do it on ******** radios, just upgrade to the TEA1 firmware, but wirh Sepura, I don't know.

Ive an Other Problem... Sepura STP 9000 will turn from tea to clear Modus...
anyone an idea?

for security reasons is not possible on sepura radios
