Default Nok LTE timing advance counter

    Hi Experts

Have some troubles with timing advance with counter from Nok.
lets start with M8029C0, this counter represent the parameter expectedcellsize and it has 7 possible values:
    1: 2.1Km
    2: 5Km
    3: 10Km
    4: 15Km
    5: 30Km
    6: 60Km
    7: 100Km
The counters from M8029C1 to M8029C30 represent different distance bins to store the samples at which information is colected. The distances represented depend on the expectedcellsize parameter also stored as a counter M8029C0.
But the first thing is that counter M8029C28, M8029C29 and M8029C30 according to documentation map distances beyond the distance indicated in the expectedcellrange parameter, how this works?
Second thing is that for example some particular cell on network have M8029C0=1(2,1Km) and they have the majority of samples at counter M8029C30, what does this mean? that all the users are beyond the expectedcellsize value or am I wrong??
Have the parameter expectedcellrange something to do??

Thank you very much with your help
