    Default Private messages

I don't really know where to put this since there seems to be no off topic section anywhere. I sent one pm about one hour ago and my inbox sent folder shows 0/200 messages sent. So am I able to even send pm's at this point or do I need to reach certain "level" or "status" to get access into that benefit? Or is it some bug or something that it wont show in sent messages? I am bit confused

Also I find out that if I add picture in my own post I cannot view it since it show up like download and if I understand right I need some points to be able to download anything from here. So I didn't upload pic for information wise just to make my post a bit more colorful

    You have to check
Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default
