Exclamation E*** (3G): Power configuration and "numberOfTxBranches"

    Hello Experts,

I am confused about "numberOfTxBranches" configuration, what does it mean in "Sector" and "Sector,Carrier" MO's and how it affects the "maxDlPowerCapability" for each "RbsLocalCell" ?

Thanks and have a nice day,
    Regards

numberOfTxBranches depends on your transmission configuration, 2 if you use MIMO, 1 if you only have SISO or Receive diversity
maxDlPowerCapability typically will be 460 in E/// which is 40 watts, 10% CPICH is 4 watts pilot. If your numberOfTxBranches=2, then you will reduce your pilot by 3dB.
