    Default ******** MTP3100 antenna connector

    Hi all,

I'm looking to connect an external antenna to a MTP3100 TETRA radio.
The connector on the radio is ******** propriatery, same style as MTP850. It use only one conductor.

The only official adapter that ******** will sell you is PMLN5891 which is very, very expensive.
This one connects through the back of the radio to an antenna connector directly on the PCB.

Does anyone know what type of connector this is on the PCB? I can then make my own cable.

    Or maybe has an alternative?

Some pictures of this connector are here:

    Many Thanks!

Still looking for the name of this connector style.
Could, of course, be something proprietary to ********.

If someone has a Detailed Service Manual for this series of radios, I would also be interested.

    Thanks!

    Regards,

    Thanks for the link.

Looks like the Hirose MS147 will do the trick.

    Many thanks!
