Teoco Asset version 9 database creation

Hi Experts,
I just installed teoco asset version 9 in my laptop after so many years not using it.
Can anyone help on how to configure the oracle database to work with asset? I am trying to follow the installation guidelines but it seems it is intended for those who already know how to do it. Not for newbie.
