    Default X2 Interface Fault (SCTP Link Fault)

    Hi all,

    In Huawei LTE network ;

    One ENODEB has 19 X2interface defination ,but with one one of them ,has problem X2 interface fault.Subreason is SCTP link fault.Problem is valid bidirectional. ENODEB1<-->ENODEB2.We checked and didnt find any inconsistency about X2 IP.(Both EnodeB and MME).Transmission team alsa didnt alsa find anything.What can be the problem,is there anyone who has same problem.

    THe SCTP link underpins the X2 connection, ie. you can't define an X2 without the SCTP definition being in place first.

    Couple of things you can try - if you have ANR/SON active, you can try and delete not just the X2 connections, but all of the SCTP (SCTPPEER) definitions as well, and let ANR rebuild everything from scratch.

    If you have over 220 X2 interfaces in your eNB, huawei locks the config file and you're in trouble - thats a bug, and you need to deal with it differently, although going off what you say thats not the problem there.

    Thanks for your reply.Problem is solved.X2 IP mask defination was wrong.When fixing it,x2 link is established
