    Default pmRrcConnEstabFailCellLatency problem

    Hello Expert,

    Any recommendation to decrease "pmRrcConnEstabFailCellLatency" when event situation on LTE ?
    try to off load to other cells but still seem not full solved this problem...
    any trick will be appreciate ..
