    This threshold specifies the rate threshold for decision which channel to use E-DCH or DCH to carry UL PS Domain
    When the maximum UL rate is >= to this threshold, the service will be carried on E-DCH(HSUPA Channel).otherwise will be carried in DCH ,
    so will not effect the throughput , did you activate TTI 2ms ?

    Hello,
    something else can limit the HSUPA throughput is the RTWP... if you have high RTWP then the HSUPA throughput might decrease. There might be thresholds which might limit the allowed RTWP in order to control the UL RSSI in the case of HSUPA
    you can check as well the following parameter
    RTWPINITADJ

    Thanks bro. Is there any correlation between background noise, RTWP and throughput.??

    yes will effect throughput especialy RTWP ,but i think the RTWP is Ok in your Network !!!!!
    please check the below counter for Iub

    VS.IUB.FlowCtrol.DL.Delay.UpBW.Num.LgcPort1
    VS.IUB.FlowCtrol.DL.DelayCong.DownBWNum.LgcPort1
    VS.IUB.FlowCtrol.DL.Drop.UpBW.Num.LgcPort1

    hello
    sure there is when the RTWP is higher then use of the higher SF in UL can't maintain the quality (for example SF4 compared with the SF32)
    normally (in E*******) there is ROT (rise over thermal) and own cell interference thresholds which HSUPA user may not exceeds those thresholds over the RTWP . those have 2 impacts scheduling HSUPA users ( system will rotate the users scheduling ) and reducing the SF of HSUPA users

    yes brother TTI 2 MS activated.
    One question, If service carried over E-DCH or DCH, what might be the affect with throughput?? Which channel is better to get better throughput??

    I didn't find SET RTWPINITADJ . How to check these value. our RAN version is 16.

    Could you please help , how to check this value??

    for sure the HSUPA Channel ( E-DCH ) is better for theroughput,
    dear if all sites are impacted ;please check IUB Bandwith ,

    check below counter if any

    Sorry mate .. no idea about Huawei Have you had checked the document ? I know it is nodeB parameters maybe you are checking the RNC parameter
