    Default PUCCH PRB Used

    Dear
    I have a question regarding PUCCH resources in LTE (10Mhz or 20Mhz)
    Why the average of PUCCH will be occupied 8 or 10 RB in UL sub-frames
    Nokia Vendor
    No UL PUCCH Dynamic allocation feature.

    • Single pucch always occupies two resource blocks in two consecutive timeslots (NED nokia for LTE)
    with 4 PUCCH i heard you have room for many users...

    The number of PRB allocated for PUCCH is related to the number of RRC connected users that you set in the cell.
    These PRB are always reserved regardless of whether the RRC connected users capacity is fully utilized or not
