doubts with Flex target

Hi all,
Reading in some forums, following the advices of some experts (Arlequim, Darsy, Synkro, Istigatore and more….) and using some of the tools that they share, I could fix ECC in an old version of one program and it runs (but it needs license file)
After that I could fix other old version bypassing some license checkout (like pushoffset aFailedToCheckO ; "Failed tocheck out license" and others) and the program runs without license file
Days ago and after long time I decided to do the same with a new version that someone sent to me
I compared the structure of the previous one I patched with the new one and seems the same, so I patched the same checkout but I have an error message (see attached).

I have seen that this program was commented in this forum time ago, so maybe someone can give me any advice
Any help would be appreciated
