    Default Power Control Parameters Message in CDMA

    Dear expert

    The Power Control Parameters Message (PCNPM) parameters (received during drive test) are as :

    pwr_rep_thresh = 0 (0x0)
    pwr_rep_frames = 5 (0x5)
    pwr_thresh_enable = 0 (0x0)
    pwr_period_enable = 1 (0x1)
    pwr_rep_delay = 0 (0x0)

    but the parameters in the BAM of BSC6680 are

    pwr_rep_thresh = 2 (0x2)
    pwr_rep_frames = 9 (0x9)

    does any one know where these values came from?

    what the commands to change them?

    I appreciate your help.

    it is best to check the L3 signaling spec at http://3gpp2.org/Public_html/Specs/C.S0005-0_v1.0.pdf

    "Upper Layer (Layer 3) Signaling Standard for cdma2000 Spread Spectrum Systems (3.2MB)"
