Drones in LTE Network - Optimization

Anyone supporting drones in your LTE network? How do you optimize mid-air performance without compromising the street-level users?
And... in terms of simulation, for example Atoll, how is the simulation accuracy?

As far as I know drones are used for site survey picturing. Never heard form the usecase of Drive Test.

What is the reason behind this?

Coverage planning is designed at 1,5m from ground or similar. Why the need to know the coverage at that height?
