E/// 3G Call Setup Time Optimization

Dear all,


I am working on E/// 3G network. Recently we discovered that the call setup time for E/// nodeB (4sec - 6sec) is higher compare to Huawei nodeB (3sec - 4sec). Upon checking the 3G signalling from drive test logfiles, it is discovered that Huawei nodeB has less measurement reports send to the network compare with E/// nodeB. Anyone know which features or parameters in E/// to improve the 3G call setup time?

This is for CS call setup.
