    Any idea how I could calculate ARPM [Average Revenue Per Minute] ?

    Good question.
    I would say that ARPM=Total Revenue / Total session time.
    Total session time is the total number of minutes used by the network.

    How we can get Total Revenue..
    I think it's calculated based on actual charging cost of voice & Data per minute

    Yes, but you have to bear in mind also the existing flat rates.
    I would say that you have inputs from the financial reports released by the operators. I am not sure if total amount of minutes is there, otherwise you could get it from the network counters, but total revenue should be there.
