E******* UMTS WNCS cell set import procedure

Hello experts,

I have to monitor WNCS for almost 400 cells. I would like to receive the import file format from you to do this.
I tried several times with several formats, citrix OSS is saying "there is no cell found".

pls help, got entangled in a silly issue.

thanks wolverine. i tried this format, doesn't work ! system says " cells not found".
i am 100% sure of the data i put in the .xls.

you cannot import an xls file, needs to be text based.

system says " Error 7067 the file contains no cell information."
