need your kind help on below issue

I am trying to install TDD dongle as administrator user in windows 10 64bit but its show this error "devcon' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file."

if I install normally its show this "No devices were removed devcon failed."
Kindly suggest solution on this. Thanks in advance

Bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING ON

Let me check remotely send TeamViewer ID and PWD in PM, but plz use TeamViewer 11

put your emulator folder on the desktop
open CMD with run as administrator
goto emulator folder path in CMD and run install.bat or install.cmd
