How to decode UE FGI for Release 11

Hi Guys,

Please advises if anyone can decode the UE FGI for Release 11 ? I have this UE FGI which experiencing huge numbers of Incoming InterfreqHO LTE Band 2600-->LTE Band 900 failures with no UE message reply for Rach preamble and resulted X2 HO failures.

Hi,

if you have full message, the best way is to use 3gpp-message-analyser. You can find download on google. It uses wireshark for decoding, so you need up-to-date wireshark.

Note that there are several FGI ranges - one for Rel.8, then there is extra bits in rel.10 extension and then then most likely something for rel.11. What you have given in the examples is most likely for rel.8
