LTE handover between cell with difference EARFCN

Hi all

Suppose we have 2 LTE cell with same band( FDD 1800 MHz for example): cell A: bandwidth 15MHz, EARFCN1 and Cell B: bandwidth 10MHz, EARFCN2; EARFCN1 <>EARFCN2.
when UE handover from cell A to Cell B, what type of handover in this case: intra-freq handover or inter-freq handover?
what is the disadvantage of this configuration?
