TDD 10.0.3 HASP key , cannot install it !

Dear friends
I have TDD10.0.3 with med. It's working well. However, when I install new window ( 7, 64 bit ) then install TDD again, the emulator x64 or x32 cannot run and make hasp key for it.
Could anyone face with this problem ?
In another way, in TDD 10.0.3, cell pie is not full like picture

Pls change Windows AUC setting -> restart windows, then try install emulator again.

But I think it's not due to AUC. I run the install.bat as administator, and the board with line: REM file missing, please use orignal package
Or sometins, it said that devcon.exe failed

try to download devcon and replace it in the folder.
also go to windows log and give us the crash report

Hi bluep,
Try with below steps:
1. Open CMD (command line) as Adminstrator
2. change directory (CMD) to your med folder (folder contain install.bat)
3. run install.bat in CMD

Which window you are using?
kindly run this as an administrator and restart the windows,
Use your emulator then.
