    Default LTE PS Handover to UMTS

    dears
    please i need to knwo why the LTE PS Handover to UMTS is not recommended in Huawei equipement beside almost Opeartors are using redirection to UMTS

    On my network they used redirection from LTE to UMTS. Now we would prefer to stay on 4G most of the time since it can provide a better quality of service to the client but when the quality is bad we need to fallback to 3G and we will lose some time, quality and without much luck some packets. This may be the may reason why they try to avoid.

    for PS HO ,not all device can support HO especialy Qualcom chipset ; also the probability of fail will increase caused bad user experience ,i think also need special configuration as i know ,
