Envelope Error [E00031]

I am having Sentinel HL max micro dongle and I need to emulate it

making dump - check

making reg file - check

installing multikey - check

but on starting the program, 'bump' error comes E00031

as far i searched, i found this post http://forum.exetools.com/showpost.p...86&postcount=2

and i tried the second one but failed, i not affordable for the 3rd one

but i can try the 4th one, if i know the steps

can anyone help? needed
